Donatella Versace in 1997 (top) and today (bottom).

What's different?

1) She's darker.
2) Her lips are fuller.

I have absolutely no idea why she thinks she looks better with a tan, nor why she feels her lips are too thin and need to be plumped up.

If you ask me, she looked wayyyyy more attractive back then in '97, when everything was au naturel - or at least looked that way.

But obviously she mustn't think so, right.

Whatever it is, I hope at least she's happy with the result.

Long-lost sisters?

Well maybe not, but don't you agree Isabella Scorupco (who was in Goldeneye) and Charlize Theron look seriously alike?

Except Charlize is younger and Isabella is much more ample-bosomed. Both are beautiful though. Who do you prefer?

I know they want to make her look good and all, but I mean, I can't even recognise her anymore! If you ask me, 48-year-old Sarah already looks fabulous and glowing for her age; she doesn't need such drastic Photoshop work!
